Jade Joseph was born on the run. Her parents were fleeing New Orleans on Monday to get out of the path of Hurricane Katrina. Traveling down I-65, her mother suddenly went into labor. Her father pulled to the side of the road and called for an ambulance. Jade was born, weighing 8 pounds, 10 ounces. The family left almost all its belongings in New Orleans, but the Red Cross says baby clothes are being donated.
