Neal Conan talks with David G. Savage, author of Turning Right: The Making of the Rehnquist Supreme Court, about the legacy of the chief justice, who died Saturday at age 80. Savage says Rehnquist is the rare public official who devoted his career to diminishing the power of the office he held.
