Sen. Durbin: Bush in Right Direction, But Farther to Go

Richard Durbin is a Democratic senator from Illinois. He joins us now on the phone from Capitol Hill where he watched the president's speech. Durbin says President Bush's initiatives are a welcome step in helping the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
