Noah Adams speaks with Jennifer Ludden, reporting from the 9th Ward of New Orleans, about the potential for Hurricane Rita to flood the city again.

Water is pouring over the Industrial Canal levee in the eastern part of town and the streets of the lower Ninth Ward district are flooding.
