Weakening Rita Hits Gulf Coast, Moves Inland

Hurricane Rita is losing force after making landfall as a Category 3 storm near the Texas-Louisiana border. It appears headed through East Texas, but forecasters fear it may stop moving and dump an abundance of rain in one spot.
