Even as all eyes are on Hurricane Wilma, expected to make Florida landfall on Sunday, the recovery efforts on the Gulf Coast continue. Coast Guard Vice Admiral Thad Allen, who is heading up FEMA's response and recovery efforts for Hurricane Katrina, talks about the state of the relief effort.
