Kerry Urges Pullout of Troops Post-Iraq Elections

Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) calls on President Bush to start major withdrawals of troops from Iraq if the December Iraqi elections are a success. Kerry delivered his comments during a speech at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. The senator speaks with Melissa Block about his plan.
