Libby Indicted in CIA Outing Case

Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald and his investigators indicted Vice President Cheney's chief of staff and top advisor I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby on five counts of obstruction of justice, perjury, and making false statements.
