Why Did Air Marshals Use Deadly Force in Miami?

Two air marshals shot and killed a man at Miami International Airport Wednesday afternoon, after he reportedly said he was carrying a bomb. Authorities say the man was shot after he ran out of a plane onto a jet way and refused orders to stop.
