It's been a while since PT last dipped into its bag of encores. From among our abundance of riches, Vadim Repin leads the Vilnius Festival Orchestra in Tchaikovsky's famous Waltz from the Serenade for Strings. Then pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet emulates his jazz hero, Bill Evans, by playing Evans' "Waltz for Debbie" in Grenoble, France. And finally, a pair of heavenly harpists from Prague: Jana Bouskova and Katerina Englichova play the Aria for Two Harps by Czech composer Jan Frank Fischer. They're in Dvorak Hall in Prague.
