Congratulations to DJ Lansaw. The 69-year-old is the oldest rookie with the sheriff’s department in Lee County, Fla. At the police academy, he passed the same physical as everybody else. In Europe, a senior citizen was even more adventurous. At the age of 84, he started a bike ride left his hometown in Poland. He was missing, until he turned up, in good heath, at the airport in London. Nobody is sure how he got there.
