Study Points Out Risks of Radiology Procedures

Hospitals are on the watch these days for medical errors. One area that has been neglected are radiology departments. The authors of a study by U.S. Pharmacopeia, being released Wednesday, were surprised to learn that mistakes in radiology are more likely to harm patients than other hospital errors.
