Austrian Polkas

One city in Europe has had enough of the hoopla, and has declared itself a Mozart-Free Zone. Fred Child has that story, and we have some non-Mozart Austrian music that might make you wish for more Mozart. The Austrian folk band Die Knoedel plays the Knoedel Polka, and the Jet Polka. And we take you into the Alps to meet up with a "Lonely Goatherd," from The Sound of Music.
