Police Hunt for Church Arsonist in Alabama

The New York Times reports that that hundreds of investigators are pursuing hundreds of leads in the burnings of 10 Baptist churches in Alabama.


Let's talk next about Alabama where law enforcement authorities have begun the largest manhunt in years. They're trying to find out who set fire to ten Baptist churches. State and federal investigators are combing a crime scene that covers much of western and central Alabama.


The New York Times reports that hundreds of investigators are pursuing hundreds of leads. Alabama authorities jailed a 21-year-old man on suspicion of setting a church fire on Monday but have since ruled him out as a suspect in the other ten fires.
