Herring are being re-introduced to the Bronx River after an absence of 350 years. Rep. Jose Serrano (D-N.Y.) tells Linda Wertheimer about the effort to restock the waterway. It's an early step in restoring marine life to a river that suffered from major pollution, but has been cleaned up in recent years.
