Bush Welcomes New Iraqi Leadership

President Bush says developments in Iraq give the United States a chance to rethink war priorities. He expects the new Iraqi government to "assume growing responsibility" for national security, adding: "As more Iraqi forces stand up, more American forces will stand down."
