Puzzle master Will Shortz quizzes one of our listeners, and has a challenge for everyone at home.

Challenge from April 16: From Lewis Sargent of Portland, Oregon: Think of a six-letter word for a common household activity. Change the second letter to the following letter of the alphabet, and you will have the name of a well-known American entertainer. This is the persons' full name as he or she is popularly known. Hint: This person is still performing today. What is the word and who is this entertainer?

Answer: Baking and BB King.

Winner: Kathy Bakke of Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Challenge from April 23: Name a boy's nickname in three letters. Name another boy's nickname in four letters. Say these names out loud, one after the other. The result, phonetically, will be a familiar two-word phrase for someone who is good looking. The phrase is an entry in Merriam-Webster's 11th Collegiate Dictionary. What is the phrase?
