Fighting the Flood in Melrose, Mass.

Recent heavy rains in New England, especially communities along coastal areas, have some streets looking more like rivers. Noah Adams talks to Robert Dolan, the mayor of Melrose, Mass., a suburb seven miles north of Boston that has been hit hard by flooding.
