How Bad Is the U.S. Meth Problem?

Media reports call methamphetamine use a widespread, fast-rising problem. But a new study from the Sentencing Project claims that nationwide use of meth is rare, and some analysts say use is not increasing. Guests on the program examine the depth of the meth problem.
