President Bush will travel this week to Vienna to attend the annual European Union-U.S. summit. Trade and energy issues will be on the agenda, but observers expect conversations about the Guantanamo Bay detention facility to intrude on the planned discussions. Host Alex Chadwick gets a preview of the trip from NPR Washington Editor Ron Elving.
