Four Arrested in Rape-Slaying of Iraqi Teen

Four more soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division have been charged amid an ongoing investigation into the alleged rape and murder of an Iraqi teenager and the killings of three of her relatives, U.S. military officials say. A fifth soldier has been charged with dereliction of duty.
