Habla Espanol, Senor Mayor?

This from the Newark Star Ledger:

The mayor of a small Bergen County town wants citizens to boycott a McDonald's if the fast-food chain does not take down a Spanish-language billboard advertising iced coffee.

Mayor Steve Lonegan said the advertisement is "offensive" and "divisive" because it sends a message to Hispanic immigrants that they do not need to learn English.

The name of the town? Bogota.
