Ford Motor Co. announced it will eliminate an additional 10,000 white-collar jobs as it tries to speed up the restructuring plan it announced earlier this year. The struggling automaker will also offer buyouts to all its 75,000 blue-collar workers as it seeks to shut plants and reduce payroll costs.

Quinn Klinefelter of WDET in Detroit reports that Ford's losses and shrinking market share are forcing the company to move faster.
