Certainly there is an "A" list of classical composers — Beethoven, Bach, Brahms and the like. But then there are those folks who maybe were famous in their time, but don't make the who's-who of classical music these days. A piano encore by one of them, Moritz Moszkowski, found its way onto a program by pianist Yuan Sheng at the International Keyboard Institute. Sheng plays Moszkowski's Caprice Espagnol.
