Army Chief Warns of $25 Billion Budget Gap

According to a Los Angeles Times report published Monday, U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter Schoomaker has refused to submit a budget for military expenditures because he believes Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld has requested about $25 billion less than what is needed.
