A Look Ahead at the Supreme Court Docket
The Supreme Court returns next week for the fall term. The high court is expected to hear more than 70 cases, many on contentious issues involving abortion rights, affirmative action, deportation of illegal immigrants, sentencing guidelines, and global warming.
