DEBRA AMOS, host:

Good morning. I'm Debra Amos.

Debrett's, the publisher known in Britain as the authority on etiquette for almost 250 years, released a new book called Etiquette for Girls. In addition to rules for correctly eating soup and meeting royalty, some guides for modern life: what to do when you meet a celebrity, tips on toplessness. If you're a smoker, always use a proper ashtray, never a wine bottle. And please don't exhale through the nose.

This is MORNING EDITION.
