It's 664 miles from Aachen, Germany, to Bergen, Norway. Just a stroll for author Ludvig Holberg. He walked that whole way back in 1704, trying to get home. Two hundred years later, Edvard Grieg wrote a suite honoring Holberg — his writing, not his walking. Here's Grieg's Holberg Suite, in concert by the Camerata Nordica in Lincoln, Nebraska.
