In Albuquerque, N.M., Republican Rep. Heather Wilson faces a challenge from Democratic Attorney General Patricia Madrid in one of the closest house races of the year. The Iraq war is a key issue, while the Mark Foley case is also playing its part. But Wilson is trying to keep the race focused on local issues.
