A combination of technology and manpower will make up the ambitious fence along the U.S.-Mexico border, a plan authorized by Congress and expected to be signed by President Bush on Thursday.

Ted Robbins talks with Alex Chadwick about what the fence would look like, and the likelihood it will ever get built.
