Second-Hand Smoke Battle Moves into the Home

California has already outlawed smoking at restaurants, bars and some parks and beaches. Now some cities in the state are acting to stop cigarette smoke that drifts from someone's home into a neighbor's space. Sarah Varney of member station KQED reports.
