Helen Waller is known as a champion for family farmers and ranchers, as well as a leading spokesperson for natural resource protection.

She is driven by a simple set of principles: family, friends, community and future generations.

"As food producers and guardians of the land and natural resources, family farmers make our country strong. We cannot have a strong America, without strong family farms."

Here are some recipes that Helen sent us from her farm to your table.

Chocolate Fudge

Perfect fudge is smooth and creamy. Corn syrup ensures this, but you can make good fudge without it. To keep it from sugaring, leave it undisturbed after cooking until lukewarm.

Marinated Roast

This hearty meat main course from Waller Farms can either be roasted in the oven or grilled.

Lamb Vegetable Soup

This soup combines fresh farm grown produce and lean lamb meat.

Meatballs and Sauce

You can make the meatballs in this Waller Farms' recipe ahead of time and freeze them, to enjoy with homemade sauce later.

Old Fashioned Molasses Cookies

Try these old fashioned molasses cookies with this Waller family frosting recipe.
