President Bush was warmly welcomed Tuesday at the presidential palace in Estonia. He became the first sitting U.S. president to visit the small Baltic nation, which lies just west of Russia.

Mr. Bush is on a three-nation trip that also takes him to Latvia, for a summit of NATO countries, and then on to Jordan for talks with Iraqi Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki.
