U.S. House May Add New Seats in Utah, D.C.
For the first time in nearly a century, the House of Representatives could get more members. The Utah state legislature meets Monday to vote on district boundaries for a new seat. The proposed seat is part of a plan to award a seat to the District of Columbia.
