Texas Holds Special Election for U.S. House Seat
A special election for the U.S. House seat from the 23rd Congressional District in Texas takes place on Tuesday. A court case involving the district's composition kept the election from taking place in November. Republican incumbent Henry Bonilla faces former Democratic Congressman Ciro Rodriquez.
