Guerrero Skates

Two videos of the legend in action, compliments of YouTube.com:

December 17, 2006 - Born in San Francisco, a mecca for street skaters, Tommy Guerrero was beating pros in skateboard competitions as a young teenager.

A member of the legendary Bones Brigade, he co-founded Real Skateboards in 1990. He still works with the company, and also does graphic design for Krooked Skateboards.

And he's a musician -- a one-man groove factory with beats and bass lines ready-made for the streetscapes of skate culture.

The multi-talented Guerrero clearly doesn't like to be put in a pigeon hole. And he tells Andrea Seabrook his music -- including his new CD, From the Soil to the Soul -- won't fit neatly into any one category, either.
