Transitional Government Seeks Peace in Somalia

In Somalia, the provisional government offers a three-point plan to pacify the country and address ongoing tensions with radical Islamists. Decisions are being made by clan leaders meeting beneath a tree in a tiny town outside the capital, Mogadishu.
