Bruch

Audio will be available later today.

Composer Max Bruch had friends in the highest ranks of the violin world — Joachim, Sarasate and others. If he were still around, he'd probably be friends with Joshua Bell. We'll hear both violin-loving gentlemen in concert with the German Symphony Orchestra and conductor Trevor Pinnock in Potsdam, Germany. Joshua Bell plays Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1.
