Some Democrats on Capitol Hill are pledging to block funding for President Bush's plan to send additional troops to Iraq. But others in the party say such a move would break faith with the troops serving there. Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) talks with Alex Chadwick about how his party should respond to the president's new strategy.
