The NFC and AFC Championship games will be played this weekend. The biggest surprise in this year's professional football playoffs has been the New Orleans Saints.

They play the Chicago Bears on Sunday in the Windy City for a place in the Super Bowl. A year ago, the Saints only won a handful of games and didn't play a single contest in Katrina-ravaged New Orleans.

Rooting for the Saints along with the rest of New Orleans will Randy Adams, a frequent guest on Weekend Edition Saturday since Hurricane Katrina hit. Adams speaks with Scott Simon.
