This week, congressional Democrats reached the end of their first 100 legislative hours and the administration accepted new oversight for the President's domestic wiretapping program. And at the end of the week, Sen. Hillary Clinton officially entered the race for president.

Also, the world of humor and satire lost a star when Art Buchwald died.
