Clinton Makes Presidential Bid Official
New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton jumped into a growing field of White House hopefuls with an announcement on her Web site that she has formed an exploratory committee for the 2008 presidential race.
Clinton declared: "I'm in. And I'm in to win."
The move comes shortly after a similar step by the highly visible Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois. At least six Democrats have officially launched committees, with more expected to do so soon.
