High Court Strikes Down State Sentencing Law

The U.S. Supreme Court struck down a California prison sentencing law Monday, ruling that judges can only use issues decided by a jury in sentencing. Sentencing law expert Doug Berman, a professor at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, talks with Luke Burbank.
