Bush Eyes Health-Insurance Tax Changes
Should Americans be able to deduct the cost of health-insurance premiums from their taxes? President Bush is expected to put forward such a proposal in his State of the Union address. To make up for the loss in tax revenues, the White House might try to tax health benefits many employees get on the job.
