'Marketplace' Report: Bush's Economic Policies

President Bush is in Illinois Tuesday at a Caterpillar plant, defending his economic policies. He is focusing on how his administration's trade agreements and tax breaks can create jobs for U.S. workers. Marketplace's John Dimsdale talks with Alex Chadwick.
