The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy is releasing its list of the top 10 "green" cars, based on measures of fuel economy, emissions and vehicle weight. No American models made the cut, and U.S. cars grabbed four of the 10 spots for the dirtiest vehicles. Marketplace's Steve Tripoli talks with Madeleine Brand.
