'Marketplace' Report: Airline Efficiency

A new report confirms what many travelers already suspected: 2006 was a tough year to fly. U.S. airlines had their lowest performance rates in years when it came to on-time arrivals, baggage handling and passenger bumping. Marketplace's Steve Tripoli talks with Alex Chadwick.
