Utah Considers Abortion Ban

The Utah legislature is debating a bill that bans abortion except in cases of rape, incest or medical necessity for the mother. The bill directly challenges Roe v. Wade. Other states are preparing similar challenges and are likely to coordinate their efforts to take the case to the Supreme Court.
