Florida Mulls Lethal-Injection Problems
Several state legislatures are rethinking the rules that govern capital punishment. In Florida, a hearing this week is focusing on how the death penalty is administered. The hearing follows a botched lethal injection that led Gov. Jeb Bush to declare a state moratorium on executions.
