Negotiator Hill Defends North Korea Nuclear Deal

North Korea agreed this week to dismantle its nuclear weapons program. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill, the lead U.S. negotiator at six-party talks in Beijing, discusses the outcome with Scott Simon.
